0 Substitute Class

Hi Everyone, I'm sorry I'm missing you all today! Please follow all directions in order to successfully complete today's class.  I need you to work hard and put forth your best effort in order to have some fun classes next week. On Thursday and Friday you will be creating your blogs in Blogger with me!

Your sub will be handing back your blog posts with comments from last week.  I made corrections to them, please fix your blog posts and be sure they are being shared to me at Sweeney@mybps.me

Step 2. Check out my "About Me" section on my blog, and the "About Me" sections found on other blogs below.  You will need to create a new document in your Google Docs account where you will type your own about me section. (Please name it, About Me with your ILT #) Your about me will include the following all which are found in Google Blogger;
- Gender
- Astrological Sign (Birthday without the year)

- Location (This will be United States)
-Introduction (Who you are, grade, age, what you like, do not use last names, home town, phone # or address)
-Interests
- Favorite Movies
-Favorite Music
- Favorite Books

First, take a look at my "About Me" section on the right hand side of this blog. Click on View Complete Profile to see it all. Then, check out the "About Me" sections listed below for more ideas and information.

**Please be sure to share your "About Me" document with me at, sweeney@mybps.me**

Step 3.   Please watch the following two videos to learn about RSS Feeds and Google Reader

Next, I would like you to use Technorati and Google Blog search to look for blogs that you may want to subscribe to.  When you find blogs you like, bookmark them into your Diigo accounts with the tag "blog."

Step 4.  If you happen to finish all of the above, (you should have at least 3 blogs bookmarked to follow before this step!) Please take the links below to watch tutorials on getting started with Google Blogger.
