0 Printing From Google Docs

If you are having trouble printing from Google Docs, you may not be doing it correctly.  Check out the instructions with pictures below.

 Choose Open With, the default should already be Adobe Acrobat, Then click ok

When it opens in Adobe, click the print icon again and it will print

1 Your First Blog Post

Today you will be creating your first blog post.  This post will be based on ONE of the writing prompts from the link below.  This post will be graded as a test for the 2nd term.  Please be sure to follow the BPS Blogging Guidelines when composing it. There are some helpful hints created by Mrs. White below.

Helpful Hints for Your First Blog Post

  1. Be sure to “title” your doc and type your name and ILT # on the top of the page.
  2. Be creative!!!!  This is an opportunity to share with your readers.  What you write and how you say it will give your readers information about you in a fun and exciting way.
  3. Be sure to “Upload” images to your doc.  Do NOT just copy and paste them!!  Directions below.
     
   How to Upload Images:

 1.Right click on the image and select, “save image as.”
 2.Be sure to save it to your ILT folder in your pdrive.
 3.Be sure to give the image a name before saving.
 4.Go back to the image and left click to open it.
 5.On the right hand side of this opened page click on “Website for this image.”  This will take you to the site and you will copy this URL to paste.
 6.Go back to your doc tab, paste the URL.
          I should NEVER see an image citation start with “www.google.com!!!!
                  *Look at the icons at the top of the doc and click image one.

              ***Don’t forget that URL!!!

 Wait for teacher to instruct you to print this finished doc.
